The Department of Premier and Cabinet should establish clear oversight and coordination of the arrangements for both Part 6 of the Terrorism (Community Protection) Act 2003 and the CIP framework by an appropriate body, such as the Government Security and Continuity Network Coordination Group with expanded responsibilities.
